We offer short/long term emergency shelter to individuals and their dependent children when they are in imminent physical danger from domestic violence.
We participate in various community events to help educate others on the effects of domestic violence within our community. In addition, we raise awareness through our local school systems and youth organizations.
At New Directions, we focus on helping people rebuild their lives - emotionally, physically, and financially -so that they have the means to avoid returning to the abusive relationship. We are able to achieve this goal through various community partnerships, as well as specific resources we offer directly to our clients.
A healthy relationship will never require you to sacrifice your friends, your dreams, or your dignity.
